sam leighton
Director & A-Grade Electrician
Sam started the business off in 2008 on his own. He has seen the business grow into what it is now. Sam is an A-Grade Electrician, Master Gold Electrician, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience is residential, large scale, and off grid solar systems. He is a certified recognised installer of many solar and battery brands.
LACHLAN FIEVEZ
Electrician
Lachie began working for Sunscape as a work experience student during year 11 and he was so keen and hard working that we offered him an apprenticeship as soon as we could. He has now completed his apprenticeship and is a valuable senior member of our team on site.
Kye de little
Apprentice
Kye joined Sunscape in 2022 and is currently completing his apprenticeship. He is a natural on site and a keen learner
Daniel ballard
Sales Manager
Dan came on board in 2016 to take over the sales and quoting role, which allowed Sam more to time to do what he does best. Dan brought a wealth of experience in the solar industry to the table, and is great at working out tailored solutions for each client.
max de longville
Sales Assistant
Max started with Sunscape as an apprentice electrician in 2017. He worked on site for three years, before deciding he wanted to jump over to the sales team. He’s now helping Dan out with system designing and quoting.
Melanie leighton
Manager
Sam’s wife, Melanie, is generally working behind the scenes. Wearing many different hats she is constantly helping out with each area of the business, onsite and in the office .
wendy ranke
Office and Acccounts Manager
Wendy has been working with us for several years, and is an invaluable member of our team. She knows how to keep the office running smoothly, and can deal with any hiccup that can be encountered in the solar process. She also handles all the ordering of equipment/stock, which means she juggles many balls, but does it all with a smile on her face!
Leonie potter
Administration
Leonie is the first port of call for our customers, and she walks all of them through their solar journey, taking good care of them right from the start and up until the process is complete. Her cheerful and helpful personality means that she can keep us all sane as we ride out the highs and lows of the solar process!
